Qamari was killed in recent confrontations between the ISIS and The Syrian Forces in Raqqa, Syria.
He had joined the ISIS ranks four years ago in Tunis when though his anthems he encouraged the youth to join the terrorist group.
He made his final appearance several months ago, just before the ISIS terrorist group decided to prevent its members from making official posts on the social media networks.
