One of the name of God is "Al-Badi’ (Al-Hakim(Knowing))"

Allah Knows both the surface and the deep structure of creation. His actions are based on absolute knowledge and there is no deterioration in His actions.

A genuine servant of God is in possession of the light of God’s wisdom only if his actions are based on well-wishing and is God-fearing to the extent that he carries out God’s commandments under all conditions.
