Pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.) is the best grace granted to me by God”, said a New Zealand pilgrim of the Razavi Holy Shrine.
A group consisting of 40 New Zealand and Australian Muslims who had attended in the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) made use of special programs of the Ghadir portico arranged by Management of Non-Iranian Pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi.
Lecture, Razavi Holy Shrine video tour, visiting the central museum, and museum of Qur’an and carpet, and dedication of cultural products were among the programs arranged for this group of pilgrims.
Soheila Asghari, a pilgrim from New Zealand said, “Attending in the Razavi Holy Shrine gives one an opportunity for tranquility and solitude.”
Regarding herself obliged forever to the grace and affection of the eighth Imam, she noted, “Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) is a place where the most heart-broken and defenseless people seek protection. When one enters the Razavi Holy Shrine, no difference who is he, hope blossoms in his heart and his heart opens to the heaven.”
Referring to museums of Astan Quds Razavi, she said, “Museums of Astan Quds are very elegant and impressive and their objects cannot be found anywhere else.”
Viewing the carpet museum as one of the most remarkable museums of Astan Quds Razavi, she added, “This museum contains so ancient and exquisite artistic and Islamic works that many carpets of the museums are even as old as the independence age of New Zealand.”
“Designs, colors, light, and the inner space used in the architecture and glass works of the Imam Reza (A.S.) Holy Shrine are impressive and compatible with the human nature. This is why any visitor of the Imam Reza (A.S.) Holy Shrine, even non-Muslims, may be impressed immensely”, New Zealand pilgrim remarked.
Asghari viewed holding of Holy Shrine excursion and guide classes by Astan Quds Razavi an effective program for non-Iranian pilgrims and continued, “Holding such classes causes that foreign pilgrims make familiar with Iranian and Islamic art, culture, architecture, and identity more than before.”
