Why do you punish the good ones?

Imam Baqer (as) said: Allah revealed to Hazrat Shuaib: I will punish a hundred thousand people from among your people; forty thousand of them are the villain ones and sixty thousands are the good and blessed ones. He said: O Allah! Punishing the villain ones are true, why do you punish the good ones? Allah Almighty said through revelation: the good ones have not been benevolent toward the villain ones and they have not prevented them from doing evils, they have not stood against them and protested them and they have not been angry at them due to my wrath and anger.

Al-Kafi: 5/55, ordering to good deeds chapter, Hadith 1.
