See the verse below which a lot of delicate stories and mysteries are implied in it.
«كِتابٌ أَنْزَلْناهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَ الظُّلُماتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلى صِراطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ»
“A Book has been revealed to you, (Muhammad), so that, by the permission of their Lord, you would be able to lead people from darkness into light along the path of the Majestic, Praised One.”
Three issues have been raised here: the one who has revealed is Allah, the thing which has been revealed is the Holy Quran, and the person that the book has been revealed to is the holy Prophet of Islam peace be upon him and his progeny.
This affectionate kind look of Allah upon us, is for nurturing us. As Allah Almighty has nurtured us through the placenta when we were in the womb of the mother and then through the milk which was in the breast of the mother and when we grew teeth, he provided us food and eatables to pave the way for our growth.
Similarly, Allah Almighty wants to grow and nurture another part of our existence - the soul - with the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HP) so that we don’t become thief, tyrant, thug, pharaohs, yazid, usurper, adulterers, hypocrites, greedy, hateful, angry and unloved.
in order to avoid the above mentioned catastrophes and evil traits and do not have an a devilish inner part, and will not be worse than any terrible demon and a jinn, Allah has said:
«كِتابٌ أَنْزَلْناهُ إِلَيْكَ»
“A Book has been revealed to you, (Muhammad)”
My beloved! I have put forward the holy Qur'an along with you so as to help the human beings and lead them from darkness into the light.
«بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلى صِراطِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَمِيدِ»
When they are led into the realm of light, they stay on the path of the Majestic, Praised One, the beloved and praised one means Allah's undefeated path.
