God sees everything, closed and disclosed, big and small. Nothing could be hidden from Him. He is Seeing.
If a true believer uses his sight to see the revelations of God, to observe the strange things on the earth and in the skies in order to understand better the monotheism, then he has used his eye-sight in the best way possible.
If the true believer comprehended the genuine sense of Basir(Seeing), then he would never get involved in wrong-doings. This is because he knows that God sees anything he does.
