People are of three type

Based on the Holy Qur’an, People are of three type

On the basis of people’s ideas, ethics and actions, the Holy Qur’an divide them into three groups. This classification is carried out in detail in the sacred Surah of Waqiah(the Great Event), Qur’an 56; and briefly in other surahs of the Holy Qur’an. the Quranic classification is as follows:

1. The Favorite Ones;

2. The Companions of the Right Hand;

3. The Companions of the Left Hand.

1. The Favorite Ones

The Prophets and Imams(a.s) are explicitly referred to as the Favorite Ones in the Holy Qur’an. They are superior to jinns and human beings in ideas, ethics, and action.

Their conviction is intuitional, their ethical behavior is godly and their actions are the most sincere and the purest of all.

2. The Companions of the Right Hand:

According to the Holy Qur’an, the companions of the right hand are those people who are wholeheartedly obedient to the Prophets and Imams in their ideas, actions and ethical considerations; they are true students of the school of Nubuwwat and Imamate; they are those sublime human beings for whom nothing is more important than religious issues; they are those loyal men and women who sacrificed themselves for their faith; and they are those supreme human beings who have not spared anything for their beliefs.

3. The Companions of the Left Hand: are those man and women who resorted to their abominable pride in terms of religious issues. They refused to accept the righteous ways. They were corrupted and spread corruption everywhere. They were those men and women who engaged in lusts, debauchery, worshipping idols, tyranny, aggression, hypocrisy, treason, homicide, plunder, exploitation, and other nasty actions.

These groups of people were those who ignored their wisdom, conscience, justice, sincerity, and loyalty and contaminated the world science that could have been otherwise clean.

This group consisted of those people who fought against the righteousness and spared no time destroying the lamp of guidance.

This group included those individuals who wasted their time day and night and exchanged their precious life with nonsensical matters.

These people devastated human values and degenerated man’s position.

We are well aware of the fact that the grandeur, happiness, freshness and agility of life depend on belief in revelation, Nubuwwat (Prophet-hood) and Imamate.

 اللَّهُمَّ وَأَصْحَابُ مُحَمَّدٍ خَاصَّةً الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا الصَّحَابَةَ وَ الَّذِينَ أَبْلَوا الْبَلَاءَ الْحَسَنَ فِي نَصْرِهِ وَ كَانَفُوهُ وَ أَسْرَعُوَا إِلَى وِفَادَتِهِ وَ سَابَقُوَا إِلَى دَعْوَتِهِ وَ اسْتَجَابُوا لَهُ حَيْثُ أَسْمَعَهُمْ حُجَّةَ رِسَالَاتِهِ وَ فَارَقُوا الْأَزْوَاجَ وَ الْأَوْلَادَ فِي إِظْهَارِ كَلِمَتِهِ وَ قَاتَلُوا الْأَبَاءَ وَالْأَبْنَاءَ فِي تَثْبِيتِ نُبُوَّتِهِ وَ انْتَصَرُوا بِهِ.

O God! Please send Your blessings on the genuine followers of Muhammad (s.a.w) and provide them with Your paradise. Those followers did their best to assist the Prophet(s.a.w) and put out a lot of trials in Holy wars against the infidels and helped the apostle as he deserved it. They excelled others in accepting the Prophet’s invitation and in adopting the Prophet’s conviction. They left their beloved ones, their children and wives alike, to propagate the Islamic teachings. At times, they even fought their fathers and children for the cause of Islam; and finally, they were victorious.
