Mahram and Namahram Commandments

The God has said in other verse “they shouldn’t shows their adornment” [1] the women haven’t any rights to show their body beauties like stature prettiness, bosom, hair and their ornamentation to men. God says to men whether he is Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Zoroastrian, Communist, Secular or irreligious that the women are my creature and I’m their owner and also owner of their all affirms and I don’t let her show her original creation’s beauty to men. The woman who shows their beauty actually want to say “oh God I don’t need your permission”, and that is atheism.

At least I (the faithless women) should research about the concept of “except of which are apparent” to realize God’s means. Our famous religious experts say that unless the things appear spontaneously, it means for example the air suddenly put the veil aside. The religious experts have interpreted the “except the things that naturally appear” as we mentioned.

Some other religious experts say that except a short part of face roundness and to hand’s wrist. “Except the things that naturally appear” means a short part of face roundness, not the complete roundness that shows beauty. “valayozrabna” in this Quran word the “la” is sign of necessity. The Arabian call scarf as “Khomr” which covers women’s head, neck and bosom and the underwear mentioned in Ahzab chapter should be worn. We can’t ignore none of them, both of them is essential. “joyub” in Arabic lexicon means “neck” the hood should cover neck, ears, bosom and facial beauties.

Who are Mahram to women?

Now who are Mahram to women? “(Women) shouldn’t show their beauties” women shouldn’t show their facial beauty, neck beauty, bosom beauty and colorful dress that are stimulator to other man but twelve people that will not stimulate by those beauties.

1-“(Women) shouldn’t show their beauties except their husbands” she can show her beauties to her husband because he is Mahram to her

2-“or their fathers” the grandfather and father are Mahram to woman.

3-“or their husband’s father” the husband’s father is Mahram to woman.

4-“their sons” the woman’s sons that are from her husband are Mahram to her.

5-“or their husband’s sons” if she has married with a man who had sons from another wife so these sons are Mahram to her.

6-“or their brothers” woman’s brothers are Mahram to her

7-“or their brothers’ sons” woman’s brothers’ sons whom she is their aunt are Mahram to her.

8-“or their sisters’ sons” woman sisters’ sons are Mahram to her.

9-“or to other women” other faithful and Muslim women are Mahram to woman.

10-“or to people she has owned them” woman is Mahram to a servant whom she has bought his with money that the purchase leads to him become Mahram with her which is not exist in nowadays.

11-“or obedient men” the servant who works at home, this God’s command is really strange. The who works in home hasn’t any eager or lust, he just works and the women are Mahram to these kind of men

12-“or the child who doesn’t know about women’s vulva” a child whose sexual instinct hasn’t been awaken is Mahram to Women, for example three or four year old child. But a five or six year old child who enjoys when has been touch by other isn’t Mahram to women.

“And shouldn’t tap her leg to earth so that her hidden anklets appears” God doesn’t let woman to wear a shoes that when she walks the shoes produce pretty sounds and be enjoyable or men’s ears. When they hear anklets sounds they turn back to look at the woman. If a woman produce her gauds sound, her anklets, bracelet and bangle sound while she is walking it leads to men think badly about that woman.

The commandment of relationship between boys and girls in holy Quran

But having unlawful relationship with girls and women which has been common in nowadays according to western culture is prohibited by holy Quran commandment which has mentioned in Nesa chapter verse number twenty five and Maeda chapter verse number five and has banned private relationship between girls and boys. But about women who don’t pay attention to these tow verses and many God’s commandment about it, don’t regard piety, don’t pay any heed to their coverage and refuse these tow verses order and have other work in their life.

Meraj’s quotation about torture of women

I want to say an important narrative. The text of this narrative has come in one of the most majestic and acceptable shia’s book which is Oyun-o-Alakhbar Alreza (God bless him) written by unique shia’s religious expert Sheikh Sadogh and also has come in Behar-o-Alanvar written by Majlesi and Leali-o-Alakhbar book written by great religious expert Toiserkani.

Sheikh Sadogh has narrated this narrative from Vorragh, Vorragh has narrated this narrative form a shia man whose name was Asadi, Asadi has narrated this narrative from one shia’s narrator named Sahl, Sahl has narrated this narrative from Abdol Azim-e-Hassani and Abdul Azim-e-Hassani has narrated this narrative from Imam Javad (God bless him) and Imam Javad (God bless him) from Imam Reza (God bless him) and he narrated this narrative from his fathers that Amir-Almomenin (God bless him) has said: “I and Fatimah went to holy Prophet (peace be upon him)”[2] the narrative’s narrator has narrated this narrative from nine Imam (God bless them), from Abdul Alazim to Imam Ali (God bless him) it means that every Imam has said this narrative to the people of their times. The holy Prophet (peace be upon him) was crying extremely. Imam Ali (God bless him) said “my father and mother be sacrificed to you what has made you to cry so extremely?” the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) answered “the night in which they brought me to Meraj, I have saw something that I want to tell you. I saw my nation’s women in severe torture not ordinary torture.”

My nation’s torture was heart rending for me, their torture’s severity make me to cry. The holy Prophet said “I saw a woman who was tighten with her hair to hell’s wall whose brain was boiling. I saw a woman who was hanged with her tongue and they poured hell’s boiling water in her throat. I saw a woman who was hanged with her breast. I saw a woman who was cutting her body meats and eating it and fire was entering in her body from downside and going out from her mouth. I saw a woman whose both hands and both legs was tighten together and snakes and scorpions were stuck to her body. I saw a woman who was blind, deaf and dumb and was in a coffin which was full of fire. Her brain was pouring out from her nose and her body was scrappy by Josam and Vitiligo disease in hell. I saw a woman who was hanged with her two legs in a furnace of fire. I saw a woman whose body meat was cutting and fire was attacking to her from front and back and they were cutting her body meats with hell’s scissors. I saw a woman that hell’s fire was going up from her face and was eating her stomach and intestine with her fiery hands. I saw a woman whose face was similar to pigs and whose body was similar to donkeys and monkeys and torture surrounded her. I saw a woman whose face was similar to dog’s face and fire was entering in her body from downside and was going out from her mouth and angels were beating her head with fiery ferule.”

After holy Prophet’s speech sainthood Fatimah said “oh my companion and my eye’s light tell me what was these women’s work, manners and habits that God has punish them with these kinds of tortures.” The holy Prophet said “my daughter the woman who was hanged with her hair to hell’s wall was a woman that all men were able to see her hair easily and she hadn’t any veil. The woman who was hanged with her tongue was a woman that always burned his husband’s heart with her tongue by her reasonless, wrongful and slander speech against her husband. But the woman who was hanged with her breast was a woman that didn’t respond to her husband’s sexual requirement and didn’t let him sleep beside her. She was so holy that she said I want say night pray but kept away her husband from herself and was behaving frigidly with her husband.”

The holy Prophet (peace be upon him) intention was that if a woman deprives her husband from his sexual instinct, she will hang in hell with her breast. But the woman who will be hanged with her two legs is a woman that leaves home and goes out without any reason or without her husband’s permission, sometimes a woman needs to goes out to mosque to ask about God’s commandment about lawful and unlawful things, so that isn’t fault but sometimes a woman wants to goes out without any reason so it cause that her husband will deprive of his sexual instinct.

But about the woman who was eating her body meets in hell, she was a woman who adorned herself in home and beautified herself to goes out and exposes herself to other men’s eyes without any intention to have relationship with other men. But about the woman whose both hands and legs were tighten together and snake and scorpions were stuck to her body was a woman that took ablution without cleaning her body and removing dirtiness from it and put on dirty and unclean dresses and didn’t take dip herself after Jnabt (the state of when sperms come out of body) and rut and didn’t pay attention to her pray. But about the woman who was blind, deaf and dumb, she was a woman who procreated an illegitimate child and said to her husband that this is your child while her husband didn’t know whether this child is for him or not and had unlawful relationship until the end of her lifetime.

But about the woman that angels were cutting her body meets by fiery hell’s scissor, she was a woman who presented herself for other men by writing letter or other implements. But about the woman whose face and body was full of fire and was eating her stomach and intestine, she was a dealer to provide Namhram women for other men because she had been old and there weren’t anyone who want to have sexual relationship with her so she was doing this job.

But about the woman whose face was similar to pig and whose body was similar to donkey, she was a woman who lighted confliction’s fire and created quarrel between men and women and destroyed family’s calmness and lied. But about woman whose face was similar to dog and fire was entering from her downside and was going out from her mouth, she was leader of ladies’ orchestra and has intoned in men’s feasts.

In the holy Prophet’s (peace be upon him) time, there wasn’t any radio or television, but the word which holy Prophet has used is great and it means that she was a singer in men’s feast and also she was orchestra’s leader in exhibitions and other salon. The holy Prophet (peace be upon him) was right to crying so extremely for these kinds of women. I want to tell to the women who are reading this quotation and think that they are among these hell’s women should think about their bad deeds, because these kinds of deeds made the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) to cried in that way that Imam Ali (God bless him) and sainthood Fatimah (God bless her) have said that the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) was crying loudly.

I have read the history of holy Prophet (peace be upon him) of Islam. I want to say to the women who don’t pay attention to veil’s matter that the people of Mecca and Medina had done a lot of cruelties to the holy Prophet (peace be upon him) during twenty three year, but you shouldn’t do cruelties to him and you shouldn’t burn his heart.

The holy Prophet had cried another time when Imam Hussein (God bless him) asked him “oh holy Prophet (peace be upon him) why you are crying so much?” he said “oh my dear if you want to know I will tell you that after me a lot of affliction and disaster will happen for your father Imam Ali (God bless him) and you mother sainthood Fatimah (God bless her) and for your brother Imam Hassan (God bless him) and for you. Oh Hussein (God bless him) I really want that all of you will be buried beside me after your dying but these people will isolate all of you from me after my death. Why I shouldn’t cry while I’m watching your mother wail between door and wall and while I’m watching the altar where your father Imam Ali’s (God bless him) scalp will be divided and they will attack by bows and arrows to your brother Imam Hassan’s (God bless him) body” and then said to Imam Hussein (God bless him) “there is not any days like your day”[3] any days will not be similar to your day in all world until the judgment day.
