Professor Ansarian said: there is a narration in "Usul al-Kafi" which says: one moment deep contemplation and understanding oneself is better than one year of worship. There is also another narration which says: one moment and finding oneself is better than seventy years of worshiping. We must really accept the latter narration, one moment thinking and understanding the fact that he is stagnating and has been mired in this stagnation and he has been afflicted by infidelity and there is a separation between him and the blessings of Allah Almighty, if someone understands this fact by thinking and contemplating, it is sufficient for the goodness of his world and his hereafter.
