No one will burn in it but the most wretched, (15) Who denied (the truth) and turned away. (16) But save him who fears (17) And gives of his wealth that he may grow in virtue, (18) And is under no one's obligation to return his favour, (19) Other than seeking the glory of his Lord, most high, (20) Will surely be gratified. (21) I CALL TO witness the early hours of morning, (1) And the night when dark and still, (2) Your Lord has neither left you, nor despises you. (3) What is to come is better for you than what has gone before; (4) For your Lord will certainly give you, and you will be content. (5) Did He not find you an orphan and take care of you? (6) Did He not find you perplexed, and show you the way? (7) Did He not find you poor and enrich you? (8) So do not oppress the orphan, (9) And do not drive the beggar away, (10) And keep recounting the favours of your Lord. (11) HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast (1) And removed your burden (2) Which had left you devoid of hope, (3) And exalted your fame? (4) Surely with hardship there is ease. (5) With hardship indeed there is ease. (6) So when you are free work diligently, (7) And turn to your Lord with all your love. (8)
