--There are some who do not consider Satan and the Satanic system as their enemy, there are others who do consider Satan an enemy but have no plans to fight Satan; it is only the third group- those who know Satan is the enemy and fight him- that realize the meaning of this Quranic verse: “Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy.” (Quran, 35:6)
This is according to Hojat-ol-Islam Ranjbar Shirazi, Iranian Cultural Attaché in Tanzania, speaking to IQNA on the sidelines of the 8th congress of cultural attachés.
He said that in order to fight the Satanic system cultural planning is needed.
Referring to the theme of the congress “Spiritual Strength, Cultural Front”, Hojat-ol-Islam Shirazi said that “the main challenge we are facing in the world today is the issue of cultural onslaughts.”
He noted that the enemy uses certain tactics to fill the cultural gaps in countries and that practical plans should be drawn up to counter the enemy’s tactics.
“The congress we are attending aims to define such plans based on the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization’s (ICRO) perspective,” he added.
Hojat-ol-Islam Shirazi went on to say that Iran’s cultural representatives in other countries have the opportunity to foster spirituality as there is ever more desire for spirituality in today’s world.
The 8th congress of Iranian cultural attachés is underway in Tehran until March 8.
