Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), Organized on the occasion of the Quran Year, the seminar will be held at the Merinos cultural-educational center by the city’s Muftis department in cooperation with the Osmanli Cultural Society and Hayrat Charity Institute.
Cihangir Isbilir an official with the Union of Islamic World’s Non-governmental Organizations, Ishak Danis prayer leader of Piyale Pasha, Said Yavuz a religious scholar and researcher, Muhlis Korpe representative of Hayrat Charity, and Muhammed Tamel Mavibas head of Osmanli Cultural Society will among the speakers at the seminar, whose themes will be “history of revelation of the holy Quran”, “Tahaddi verses in the Quran” and “Quran’s global message”.
Quran recitation sessions and religious songs featuring the character and life of prophet Mohammad (PBUH) will be among the sideline programs of the seminar.
Turkey has announced 2010 as the Year of the Holy Quran as it marks the 1400th anniversary of the revelation of the Quran.
