Institute of Quran launches in Islamabad

Ahlul Bayt News Agency - ABNA - A Quran and Hadith institute was launched in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The inauguration ceremony of Az-Zahra (SA) Quran and Hadith Institute was attended by hundreds of people from Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

It began with recitation of verses from the holy Quran by Abrar Hussein, who heads the Al-Mustafa Quran Academy, as well as Quran reciter Wijahat Hussein.

Addressing the ceremony, head of the Az-Zahra (SA) Institute Hojat-ol-Islam Idris Ahmed Alawi stressed the importance of promoting Quran and Hadith education.

Referring to the onslaught against the Islamic culture and family values in today’s world through satellite programs, the internet, and other technologies, he said in order to ensure that children will not fall trap to these corruptive influences, families need to encourage their children to learn the Quran and Hadith.
