Ahmad Tayyeb in his meeting with Palestinian Minister of Religious Affairs condemned Israeli crimes against Muslims and Christians in Palestine, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
“Considering sharia and law, all the Israeli actions in al-Aqsa are vain and wrong,” he underlined.
“Islamic world society should do its best to save the identity of al-Aqsa,” the Grand Sheikh of al-Azhar University expressed.
He criticized Palestinian Authority (PA) leader, Mahmoud Abbas and his ignorance toward Palestinians’ right as underlined,” via unity all the Palestinians should try to take their land back.”
He also asked all the Islamic and Arabic countries to eschew the progress of Jewish settlement in Palestine.
In this meeting Palestinian Minister of Religious Affairs, Mahmud Al-Habash also offered a report about the current condition of al-Aqsa and asked for an immediate meeting of Arab Ministers of Religious Affairs.
