Secretary of the executive committee of the 1445 Plan said 77,818 individuals attended the courses on reading reciting and memorizing Surah Anfal during the 70 days the plan was implemented. Seyyed Abbas Anjam also told IQNA that the number of the courses held as part of the plan was more than 10,000. He noted that 3,159 expatriate Iranians were among those attending the courses. “15,000 minutes of radio and television programs featuring the 1445 Plan were also produced and broadcast,” he added. Mr. Anjam appreciated the contributions made by organizations and institutes like the Center for Coordination, Promotion and Development of Quranic Activities, the Dar-ol-Quran Kareem Organization, and the High Committee of Mosques’ Art-cultural Centers. He went on to say that the plan concluded in a ceremony on Thursday, August 25, at the 19th International Holy Quran Exhibition. Organized by the Quran TV, the 1445 Plan featured interpretation and concepts of Surah Anfal.
