In an interview with Al-Alam News Network on Sunday, this political activist referred to brutal suppression of Bahraini people in two previous days, while underscoring that almost 50 women have been detained in Bahrain in two days. He noted that the Bahraini regime does not even refrain from resorting to violence against women. He also pointed out that the Bahraini regime’s forces use dangerous toxic gases throughout residential regions to suppress popular protests, which are fatal and lead to spread of unknown diseases among youths, and miscarriage of pregnant women.
