Spain, a Muslim student was expelled from school because of a veil

Shabestan news agency reported that a 14 year old female Muslim student of Spain named Najvi was expelled from school due to veil and thus she was also not allowed to attend exams.
According to report Najvi took services of lawyer named Ibaaz. Ibaaz also helped a Moroccan student two years ago who was also expelled from school due to wearing veil, but this student Ms najvi is waiting for the decision by the schools teachers committee. Note that mother of this veiled student do not observe Hijab even so this girl opted for Hijab by her own free will. When she came to school for her mathematics exam, her teacher demanded that say must remove the Hijab on her refusal & as a reaction to it she was expelled from the school. Lawyer brought the point that this girl was not wearing Niqaab that’s why she is not forbidden to wear Hijab . He added that Hijab is Islamic dress in which covering of face is not required.
