Shabestan news agency reported that Zoref Khizam the head for sales of English books in the international exhibition of Cairo said that the outline of maps have been changed in all map catalogues that are imported in Egypt from European countries including Britain and America and Palestinian area has been reduced in these catalogues.
Khizam added that the designing of this map is like that the Palestinian area has been lessened and the occupied parts of the region have shown as part of Israel.
He said that these maps have been issued by the national geographic publications, which have been appreciated a lot by customers.
According to the report of Palestine Al-Yoam, Khizam added that related officials are completely unaware about the issuance of such books and any kind of modifications that have been made in these books and if this situation continues than Palestine will be erased from the map of world in a very short period of time.
