A total of 250 works have been sent to the first Imam Khomeini (RA) International Festival, which is going to be held on January 23 in the holy city of Qom.


 
 
According to IGNA, Alireza Nayij, secretary of the Political Studies Association of seminary schools said that the festival has been planned in line with the main activities of the Islamic Studies Association of Hawzah.
 
He added that the festival aims to introduce Imam’s (RA) political thoughts through investigating his works on political thought of Islam.
 
Intellectuals and seminary scholars as well as the Islamic policy experts will attend this event which will be hosted by Dar-ol-Shefa Seminary School of Qom.
 
Since 2006, a total of 250 books and researches by seminary researchers on political thought have been sent to this festival in form of Ph.D thesis and dissertation.
 
Nayis also said that 15 academic and seminary scientific-research institutes and centers will cooperate in the organization of the festival and six pre-sessions have been planned to be held before the international event.
