“Pilgrimage to visit the innocent Imams (A.S.) is one of the affirmative and positive measures which can play a significant role in the reduction of social harms and anomalies, and subsequently, court cases.” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi emphasized, referring to the numerous blessings of the pilgrimage of the Holy Shrines.
According to Astan Quds Razavi News Website, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, speaking among the members of the Judicial and Election Monitoring Councils of Khorasan Razavi Province added, “the person involved in the pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.), for sometimes, does not have a propensity for sin and perversity, and blessed with the pilgrimage effects, he remains safe of social anomalies.”
“In the conduct of Infallible Imams (A.S.), we see that people, whenever faced with the issues, problems, and deviations, attended in the presence of these magnanimous figures, and thus, they got edified in this way. Today, if the veils are removed, we will see that all of us are in Imam’s presence” he said, stating that the presence in the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) is man-making and causes the change of human beings.
“Accordingly, we have put the facilitation of the pilgrimage as one of the strategies and priorities on the agenda in order that the opportunity to benefit from this massive and man-making capacity is provided for everyone.” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi emphasized.
Meeting the Needs of the Pilgrims, from Source to Source
“The pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.) is not limited only to the area of Razavi Holy Shrine, but all the needs of the pilgrims must be reckoned and provided from the departure time from the source to the return time.” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi said, emphasizing the need for a general and comprehensive view to the needs of the pilgrims.
“Any unpleasant memory on the course of the pilgrimage of Imam Reza (A.S.), which stays in the pilgrim’s mind, is considered as a point in the memory of his pilgrimage, is restated, and also affects others”, he added.
“The checkups should be done in a manner which all the predictable issues are planned and the necessary prevention is high on the agenda.” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said, emphasizing the fact that the security issues of the holy city of Mashhad and Razavi Illuminated Court are unique.
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi considered this task as the duty of all officials and authorities in all the related institutions and added, “All processes involved in the pilgrimage, including roads, routes, hotels, streets, etc., should be considered in this regard.”
“This variable and diverse population from all over the world, with many blessings, also has its own requirements which must be considered by the authorities” he reiterated, referring to the presence of the large mass of pilgrims in the holy city of Mashhad.
The Need for the Revision of the Electoral Law
“Election in our country has a reliable mechanism and is based on the constitution which has separated the implementation and supervision process from each other and eventually, has made people responsible for the election” board member of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership said in another part, appreciating services and efforts of the Supervisory Board of provincial elections.
“It seems that today, some revisions should be done in the electoral law by the knowledgeable people and experts in the monitoring and implementation section of the election and in accordance with the obtained experience, constitution, and the demands of the society and away from the sectorial and geographical views and impulsiveness.” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi stated, referring to the reforms of the electoral law in various periods.
He continued that something that is in common between The Judiciary and Guardian Council is the judgment and reiterated, “Both of these institutions do the judgment based on the documents.”
“The acts must be done in a way that everyone feels that they are under the protection of the law, and the works must be followed up based on the law.” Custodian of Astan Qods Razavi stated, mentioning the law as the main framework of the activities of these two institutions.
Judgment; Sensitive and Valuable
“As it can be realized in the Infallibles quotes, Almighty God has considered many rewards for the judgment and has considered it as one of the fields to approach him.” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said, continuing to mention the activity of people working in The Judiciary highly sensitive and valuable.
“I have no doubt that the brothers who serve in this field play a special role in social security with their consistent and accurate verdicts” he pointed out, referring to the difficulties of judicial work.
At the beginning of this meeting, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Mozaffari, Chief of Khorasan Razavi Justice department, and Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Mehrabi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of election of the province, have also presented a report on the performance of their respective institutions.
