The Iranian Cultural Center in Bosnia and Herzegovina will organize a series of programs titled “Quranic Days” from June 20 in four cities of the country on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Ali Asghar Ameri, Iranian cultural attaché in the Eastern European country , said that the Islamic Society of Bosnia will cooperate with the center in holding the programs.
He added that the "Quranic Days”, including a Quranic art exhibition and Quranic sessions, will continue until July 2.
Artworks by Seyyed Rasul Aqamiri, Gholamali Feizullahi and Asadullah Shahmiveh, Iranian top artists, will be presented at the exhibition to be held at Hanika Gallery of Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia.
The artists will also hold workshops for visitors during the two-week exhibition.
Furthermore, a six-member Iranian Quranic group titled "Iman” will perform Tawasheeh (religious songs) and choral Quran recitations as well as songs in Persian, Arabic and Bosnian at mosques.
The Iranian official went on to say that the Quranic programs will also be held in the cities of Banja Luka, Tuzla and Brčko.
