A source from the Ministry of Interior revealed that two people were killed and nine others were injured in a bomb blast that rocked an area near a popular market in southern Baghdad early on Monday morning. “This morning, an improvised explosive device exploded near a popular market in al-Latifiya area in southern Baghdad, killing two people and wounding nine others,” informed the source.
