- Founder and Chief Patron mentor of Imam Khomeini Memorial Trust (Regd.) District Kargil, (J&K) India, Shiekh Mohammad Hussain Zakiri passed away this morning.
Imam Khomieni Memorial Trust, Kargil - Ladakh is a socio-religious organisation in Kargil, Jammu and Kashmir rendering services in the Ladakh region.
It was founded in the year 1979 by a group of young volunteers. The Iranian Revolution was the basic reason for formation of the Trust.
The sole aim of the trust is to keep the principles and values set by Ayatollah Khomeini alive and particularly his last will emphasizing the unity of Muslim Umah and helping the cause of oppressed and down trodden people of the world.
The Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA) extends its condolences on the disastrous lack of this pious character and privileged Sheikh to Imam of the Age (A) and then to all Muslim scholars, Islamic seminaries in India as well as the members of his noble family.
We further pray to Almighty Allah to elevate his status in the life hereafter.
