It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: Whenever the child of Adam (AS) passes away, his/her book of deeds is severed except for three groups: The scholar who the people benefit from his deeds; ongoing charity (for example, participation in building a Mosque, school, hospital, orphanage, etc.); and a righteous child who prays (Dua) for his parents [1].
