It is narrated from Imam Ali (AS) who said: Do not spend your day with useless words and behaviour because there are those who are appointed to watch over you and record your behaviour and words [1]. In this regard, Imam Sadeq (AS) said: No day comes to the child of Adam (AS) unless for that day to say to him/her: O’ the child of Adam (AS), I am the new day, and a witness to you, so through me, do good deeds and be kind in me so that on the Day of Judgment I will be a witness for you because you will never see me again [2]. it is also narrated from Imam kazim (AS) who said: If two (consecutive) days of a person is the same, he is cheated, and if a person’s today is not better than his/her yesterday, he/she is cursed and is away from Divine Mercy, and if a person is not after attaining values, he/she is in a loss, and if a person goes towards loss, death is better for him/her then life [3].
