Professor Ansarian pointed out in one part of his speech: there is a narration in Usul Al Kafi that says: a moment of contemplating and understanding oneself is better than one year of worshiping. There is also another narration that says: a moment of thinking and finding oneself is better and higher than seventy years of worshiping. We must really accept the second narration; sitting back and thinking for one moment about the fact that the person is stagnating and this stagnation is getting worse, and his heart is swarmed with infidelity and he is not being granted the favors and mercy of Allah Almighty, if the person understands this fact, it suffices him for the goodness of this world and hereafter.
