The biggest printing-house in the Middle East started its work in the holy city of Mashhad, in northeastern Iran on Saturday to publish copies of the holy Qu'ran with speed and efficiency in order to meet the growing demand both at home and abroad. |

The complex was inaugurated by Head of Experts Assembly, Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the Supreme Leader's representative to Khorasan, Ayatollah Vaez Tabasi and other top officials. The centre is scheduled to print and publish Qu'ran's printed edition with the best quality, making use of the latest state-of-the-art machinery and technology. The printing-house will publish some 5 million copies of the holy Qu'ran annually. /106 |
