(AhlulBayt News Agency) - Families of the martyrs Reza Moradi and Reza Emami--police officers who were martyred during February's (2018) unrest in Tehran--met with Ayatollah Khamenei on Sunday.

In this meeting, which also included the performance of Dhuhr and Asr (afternoon) prayers, the Leader of the Revolution-- Ayatollah Khamenei-- commemorated the two dear martyrs and offered each of their families a copy of the holy Quran.

The soldiers, killed in the line of duty, martyr Reza Moradi-Alamdar and martyr Sergeant Reza Emami-Ghanloo-Belagh, were both police officers whose lives were taken to martyrdom by rioters on Pasdaran street in Tehran, on February 19th, 2018, on the night of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima (A.S).

Ayatollah Khamenei had also visited, in March, the families of martyrs Muhammad-Ali Bayrami (a police officer) and Basiji martyr Muhammad-Hussain Haddadian, who were also martyred during the riots on Pasdaran street in Tehran.
