أیُّمَا امْرِئٍ وَلِیَ مِنْ أمْرِ المُسْلِمِینَ وَلَمْ یَحُطْهُم بِما یَحُوطُ بِهِ نَفْسَهُ لَمْ یَرَحْ رائِحَةَ الجَنَّةِ
Prophet (PBUH): Whoever takes charge of a Muslim's work and does not try as hard as he does for his own work will not smell the scent of Paradise.
