-- Iran Cultural Center in Seri Lanka has organized mourning ceremonies on the first 10 days of Muharram, starting from December 18.
The ceremonies include congregational prayers, supplications and prayers such as Ziarat Ashura as well as speeches and sermons on the occasion.
Hajj Davoud Karimiyan, Ahlul Bayt’s (AS) eulogist, will perform eulogies to commemorate Imam Hussein (AS) and mourn his martyrdom anniversary during the ceremonies.
Tazia processions have been also planned by the Iranian center for the first ten days of Muharram.
