Largest Shiite Student’s Organization in Pakistan Imamia Students Organization (ISO) Pakistan has strongly condemned the Quran burning in Afghanistan and rejected US President Obama’s apology.
“Burning Quran is a anti-Islam planned agenda to destabilize the region, this act is unapologetic and this act is evidence of open Americans open terrorism against Muslims.” Central Secretary General of ISO Pakistan Muhammad Taqi told The Shia Post.
He added “America is killing innocent Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan, today we Muslim need to make an strong unity to defend against the US- Zionist threats.”
He further said that we shouldn’t accept Obama’s apology, as it is nothing but a farce and there should be only one slogan in entire world “Death to America”.
On February 21, reports emerged that foreign troops had burned “a large number of Islamic religious materials which included Qur’ans” at the Bagram Airbase, located 11 kilometers (7 miles) southeast of the city of Charikar in Afghanistan’s Parwan Province.
