The International Conference of ‘Under the Shadow of Imam Ali (A.S.)' that was held in Mashhad concurrent with the blessed days of Eid Ghadir Khum and Dahe-ye Wilayat and Imamate came to an end.
The closing ceremony with lecturing of Sheikh Muhammad Akhtari, General Secretary of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) World Association, and recitation of the final statement of Ayatollah Waiz Tabasi ended after two days of participation of distinguished Zeidi scholars of Yemen.
General Secretary of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) World Association referred to the importance of Ghadir Khum in his lecture, and viewed it as an indicator of glory and greatness of the Shi'ite and added, "Enemies of Islam try to eliminate the pure Muhammadian Islam through their vicious plots."
In continuation of the ceremony, representatives of specialized commissions of Nahj al-Balaghah and al-Ghadir offered their reports about the activities and papers presented during the conference.
Then Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Jalal Husseini, assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi noted that today the Islamic world is under a very complicated and crucial condition and added, "Today the system of infidelity and tyranny has risen up against the pure Muhammadian Islam."
Viewing holding such meetings with scholar figures effective, he added, "Such conferences can provide for unity and solidarity among the Islamic community."
At the end of ceremony, Hujjat al-Islam Husseini read the declaration of the conference of ‘under the shadow of Imam Ali (A.S.)' and the message of Ayatollah Waiz Tabasi, respected Representative of Supreme Leader and the grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi for this conference.
At the end of the conference, presenters of three top papers from Yemen and Iran were appreciated. The other papers were also appreciated.
