The 11th edition of The UAE's national Quran memorization contest called "Al-Mawatin" will be held on November 4 in Dubai.
According to Al-Bayan newspaper, the organizing committee of Dubai Holy Quran Award says registration for the national contest is underway all over the country.
Ibrahim Muhammad Bumilhah, head of the committee, said those willing to participate in the Quranic competition can register via the website of the event.
Muhammad Abdulrahim Sultan Al-‘Ulama, a member of the committee and head of the Competitions Section, said the national Quran memorization contest will be held for two groups of male and female participants.
He also said that 10 top Quran memorizers of the country will be awarded at the end of the contest.
