AhlulBayt News Agency - Bodies of 8 martyrs killed in a Friday suicide bombing at a Kuwaiti Shia mosque were buried in the holy city of Najaf, Iraq.

Seven of the martyrs were Kuwaiti Shias and one was a Saudi national, al-Alam news network reported.

They were buried at Wadi al-Salam cemetery in Najaf.

On Friday, June 26, at least 27 people were martyred and more than 200 others injured in the suicide bombing at Imam Sadiq (AS) Mosque in Kuwait City. The Takfiri ISIL terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack.

The deadly terrorist bombing drew widespread condemnation from various political and religious figures.
