Under the directives of the Secretary-General of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, sheikh Abdul-Mehdi El-Kerbala'e, a delegation of some officials from the Imam Hussein and the El-Abbas Holy Shrines has been sent to the Karrada area, Baghdad, where a massive explosion took place a few days ago, to console the families who lost their beloved ones in the explosion triggered by the ISIS.
The delegation was accompanied by mourning processions to Karrada where they performed mourning rituals, followed by a lecture delivered on the tragic event.
