The Grand Ayatollah Safi answered a question about women crying loud in mourning ceremonies.

Question: Is it allowed for women to cry loud in mourning ceremonies of Imams (AS) especially Imam Hussain (AS) considering that non-Mahram men are also present in these ceremonies?
