All actions and thought of people have during their lives are either good or evil. Even seemingly lawful actions have the ability to transform into good and evil; breathing is an action done involuntary, this simple involuntary and permanent act have the ability to change into a good act. If breathing is done during Ramadan or during a good action, it is counted as worship and thought to have reward.
