Those who have knowledge, try not to have stagnation in your knowledge, the one who is good at talking and can guide the one who has gone astray, try not to stagnate. Imam Sadeq (peace be upon him) says: if a believer comes to you and you could solve his problems but you did not, on the day of resurrection, he will enter with dark face, bruised eyes and his hands are tied to his neck, and if you are not able to solve a believer's problems but you have the prestige and opportunity to pull some strings for him in order to solve his problems and again you don’t do so, on the day of resurrection, they shout that you are a betrayer to the lord of the universe and his prophet.
