The commander of the faithful, Imam Ali (AS) used to be an active person regarding economy. When he could make some money by selling the date trees, he used to put the money on the palm of his hands and addressed them: as long as I have you, I am not your owner, but when I spent you in for charity or for the orphans and the needy, then I am the owner and I will be the owner until the day of resurrection. On the day of resurrection, Allah Almighty returns me the money by changing it to the heaven. The divine prophets were aware of this fact.
