Professor Ansarian referred to moral virtues and moral vices as types of values and said: whoever possesses moral values will be loved by Allah Almighty since Allah loves the moral values. On the other hand, Allah abhors the moral vices and whoever is polluted by these moral vices will be hated by Allah Almighty.
He added: there is a narration from Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) which is of great importance- I a war which was led by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him and his progeny), Some of the disbelievers were captured; since he did not like to keep the captives, the Prophet made three suggestions so as to pave the way for their release. His first suggestion was to accept Islam, not forcibly but think about the speeches and culture of the Holy Quran and the monotheism in Islam and then accept the religion of Islam, because this way, their prosperity and salvation both in this world and hereafter would be provided and it is to their own benefit. Some of the captives would accept but some used to stubborn and did not accept this religion.
