Shia member of Karachi-based political party and an employee of federal government embraced martyrdom when kidnappers tortured him to death in Karachi. Body was found lying in Mawach Goth on Tuesday.
Syed Sikandar Rizvi alias Kashif was kidnapped last night near airport. His body was found near Hub River Road in the limits of Baldia Town Mawach Goth. Body was shifted to Civil Hospital for medico-legal purposes. Martyr Shia Muslim belonged to a political party whose Shia office bearer was also assassinated in Punjab's Chiniot area this month.
Another of the Sunni official of the Karachi-based party was killed in Sialkot. The party that is MQM, is vocal against the takfiri terrorists of outlawed outfits and their patron clerics such as Abdul Aziz of Lal Masjid.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted murder of innocent Sunni and Shia Muslims across Pakistan. They said that takfiri and ethnic gangsters and separatists of outlawed militant outfits had joined hands in Sindh and Balochistan province and they could have assassinated many Shia Muslims due to said nexus. They demanded immediate arrest of the terrorists involved in genocide against Shia Muslims.
