Fatimiyah Mourning Ceremonies to Begin in Australia, Pakistan

The devotees of the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) in Australia and Pakistan will hold ceremonies to marking the Fatimiyah Mourning Days. The mourning ceremonies will start on Sunday night to commemorate the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA), the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

The devotees of the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) in Australia and Pakistan will hold ceremonies to marking the Fatimiyah Mourning Days.

The mourning ceremonies will start on Sunday night to commemorate the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (SA), the beloved daughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

In Adelaide, Australia, the Jafariya Islamic Center will host the programs on the sad occasion.

Hojat-ol-Islam Gholam Ali Heydari will deliver speeches at the event.

In Melbourne, too, the city’s Shia Muslims will take part in programs marking the sad occasion.

Slated to be held after the Maghrib and Isha prayers, they will be addressed by Allameh Khaliq Dad.

In the Pakistani city of Quetta, Shias have prepared black flags and banners to mourn the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (SA).

The mourning rituals in Quetta will be held for three consecutive nights starting on Sunday.

The Seyed Abad religious center will host the programs, which will include speeches by Hojat-ol-Islam Seyed Hashem Mousawi, the city’s Friday prayers leader.
