The Quranic institute of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (A) held a Quranic course for the Muslim community in Birmingham, England.
According to al-Kafeel news website, the program was aimed at promoting the teachings of the Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
It was attended by a number of Quranic talents from the major city in England’s West Midlands region.
The course featured topics on the principles and rules of Quran recitation, Waqf and Ibtida and Tafseer (Quran commentary).
The teacher was Heydar al-Mousawi, an expert with the Quran institute of the Astan.
The participants were very pleased with the course, saying they learned a lot and received very useful information.
They said the course helped them develop their Quranic knowledge and strengthen their faith.
The participants received certificates of attendance at the end of the program.
