Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 10th Quranic sciences exhibit in Sanandaj, Hojat-ol-Islam Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini Shahrudi said such Quranic events signify development and progress in writings and research studies in Quranic fields.
He described the Quran as the book for guidance and elevation of humans, adding that the Word of God guides man to the path of salvation.
He also referred to the holy month of Ramadan and said it is the “spring of the Quran” and the month in which the Holy Scripture was revealed to the holy Prophet’s (PBUH) heart.
Hojat-ol-Islam Shahrudi added that the only way for gaining spirituality is through acting upon the Quranic tenets.
During the ceremony, 38 Quran activists and representatives of Quranic institutes attending the exhibition were honored.
